Claim Management - Typically, after an injury is sustained by an employee, the employer turns in claim forms to the insurance company and takes no further action.  This may be because they have been told, and actually believe that claim adjusters are supposed investigate the facts to determine if the claim is legitimate, pay only those amounts necessary and then close it in a timely manner. The reality is they are often too busy processing hundreds of other claims to give yours the attention it needs and deserves.  As a result, the claim is lost in the system and you lose control of the claim.
